The basics

By using any product or service operated by Bonded Labs LLC, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

Our products

Bonded Labs builds and operates software products. Each product may have its own specific terms in addition to these. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Payments and refunds

Some products may offer paid features. Payments are processed through Stripe. If you're unsatisfied with a purchase, contact us at support@bondedlabs.org and we'll work something out. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Liability

Our products are provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running, but we can't guarantee uptime or be held liable for damages arising from use of our products.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
